If you purchased new content after having used the app for a previous purchase, you may have to click “Account” then “update content” to refresh the available videos.

If this is the first time using the app, or the new content still isn’t showing, Logout of the app by clicking “Deauthorize this Computer”, then Sign in again.

If you still don’t see them, in the top left corner of the app click “help” choose “contact support” and fill out the form and tech support will get back with you shortly.

The video is available for offline viewing. However, Internet is required to download the software and then again to download the actual video.

If you created an account at check-out, just use the same login credentials. If you did not create an account, in the top left corner of the app click “Account” and then “Sign in” Enter the email address used at check-out and then click “forgot password” link. Instructions will then be sent to that email address on setting up a password.

You will have access to the video for the length of time you purchased: either 7-day, 30-day or 365-day access.

If can’t remember your password, in the top left corner of the app click “Account” and then “Sign in” Enter the email address used at check-out and then click “forgot password”. Instructions will then be sent to that email address on setting up a new password.

In the top left corner of the app click “Help”, choose “Contact Support”, and fill out the form. Make sure click the “I agree to collect support related information about this computer” as it will help resolve your issue quicker.
