Products:  You have the right to training that's interesting and accurate.  We promise to deliver the safety message in plain English (or Spanish), using expertly made videos, written resources, and computer programs. 

Previews:  Many of our videos are available for online preview; however, NSC also offers a 5-day preview that is available on all video and software products.  If you are not sure about your needs or you just want to check-out our quality, contact us about a "Free Preview."

Shipping:  Standard shipping is via Ground UPS, exact shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.  Most items ship the business day following the placement of the order.  If you need your training material fast, then contact us about expedited shipping. International orders are accepted, but special terms may apply.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Quantity Discounts:  NSC is proud to offer quantity discounts on all of our products.  This includes mix-n-match videos & written resources.  If you have several items on your shopping list, then give us a call and we can save you even more money!

Spanish:  Many of our products are available in Spanish.  These products are marked accordingly.

Return Policy:  A 20% restocking fee will apply to all purchases that are returned within 30 days of receipt.  No returns are accepted after 30 days.

Payment:  NSC accepts Credit Cards (VISA, MC, AX, DISC), Checks, Purchase Orders or we can open a Net 30 Day Account.
